a meditation for you

I want to share my music and art with the world, and the World; that is you my friend!

I sit here in the darkness of the very early morning in February, listening to one of my own channelled pieces, and I find it extra ordinary! So I want to share it with you. In case you haven´t listened to it, or seen the video yet. Here it is!

My art and music have since long been my friends and companions is dark and lighter times, so the energies in them are tangible and felt when you connect with them though your breath. It is just as easy as that. Breathe, close your eyes, and enjoy!

I have been singing and playing insruments, as long as I can remember, although it was feeling kind of restricted by my own feelings being given the feedback I was given , or should I say conditioning through school days. I am sure many of you can relate to this. Talking about it though, is also important.

Feeling the pressure to create, be and do what ever everyone else was doing, not feeling that is was necessary to learn something new, I never was good at practising playing the interuments, or repeating, so I performed rather poorly, compared to what the system wanted. I would say I was feeling rather discouraged and dismayed by the pressure to practice, and feeling I wanted to do it my way. Or skipping it all together.

I have found in these past few years, that there is a reason for all of this; me doing my thing my way, is the only thing I can and ever will be doing! I will be sharing more about the road towards playing the piano my way later, so in the meantime; here it is; my music for you today:
